Wanderers face unbeaten Charity in derby at Lugogo

St Mary’s College Kisubi head into today’s National Schools Super 8 Rugby League return leg against Namilyango knowing that they can complete a double against the nine-time record champions.

Smack upstaged the odds with an away-from-home 15-0 victory against Namilyango College last Sunday. “We won in Namilyango without playing our A game,” said Smack coach Ronald Mutebi.

“There will be no intimidation as we will be at home.” But Namilyango, too, are confident of avenging the painful loss against the Weevils.

The Seeta-based school travels to Kisubi with four new faces after the Form 5 selections were made earlier this week. “The mood in camp is good and the boys are positive,” said Namilango’s Games Master Valence Bizimana.
