President Uhuru Kenyatta will leave on Friday for an official visit to Uganda, State House has said.
The President will address the Ugandan Parliament and be hosted to a state dinner.
Uhuru will hold bilateral talks with President Yoweri Museveni, attend a business forum and meet Kenyans in Uganda.
The two leaders will hold a joint press conference on Sunday and later be joined by Ethiopian Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn for another meeting.
The visit follows US President Barack Obama’s tour and Museveni’s announcement that he will run for another term after 30 years in power.
During his visit, Obama said “nobody should be president for life”.
