KAMPALA - The Uganda shilling continued to marginally weaken during Wednesday’s trading having opened the session at 3610/3620 after the public holiday.
The local unit closed the session at 3615/3625 weaker as pockets of offshore, interbank and corporate demand for dollars continued to filter through the market.
Money markets were liquid according to Absa with overnight yields at averages of 5.300%.
