UGANDA: PRES MUSEVENI ASSURES WAKISO RESIDENTS THAT KILLERS OF 23 WOMEN WILL BE APPREHENDED

KAMPALA, President Yoweri Museveni has talked to Entebbe locals over the rampant murders in Wakiso District and assured them the killings will end and killers will be apprehended.

The President who was unaccompanied and carried his notebook took notes as residents narrated to him their horror.

A total of 23 women have been murdered in the last three months in Wakiso District. The last victim was killed last week.

A body of woman has been recovered from Impala, Entebbe in Wakiso District. This brings the number of murdered women to 23 in a period of three months.

The deceased has been identified as Sarah Naluyima, 22, a food vendor.

She was reportedly killed in a similar manner that over 20 women in Wakiso district have been killed.
