The Secretary General of Ioba, André Lankoandé, on Monday, during the ceremony of the monthly raising of the colors, praised the commitment and determination of the FDS and the VDP in securing the territory .
The Dreyer Foundation received the members of the constituted bodies of the province of Ioba for the monthly ascent of the colors, on May 8, 2023.
According to the secretary general of the province of Ioba, André Lankoandé, this choice is a mark of recognition to all the structures and non-governmental organizations that support the government in the implementation of development policies in Ioba.
In the absence of the High Commissioner, Mr. Lankoandé presided over the ceremony in the presence of the Executive Director of the Dreyer Foundation Dr. Laurent Sedego, members of the members of the constituted bodies, the Defense and Security Forces (FDS) and the Homeland Defense Volunteers (VDP).
At the end of the military ceremony, André Lankoandé reassured that all activities in the various public services are going well until the last village bordering the province of Tuy, according to quarterly reports compiled by the High Commission.
He explained that some difficulties exist but thanks to the selflessness of everyone, everything is fine even in some municipalities where we have encountered security concerns.
All schools are open and functional, he said.
This is why he invited the entire population, all the constituted bodies, the FDS and the VDP to keep this momentum to keep the province of Ioba free from terrorist threats and to respond to the call of the head of the State to be resilient.
"This will allow us to show those who think that Burkina Faso will bend that it will not be possible," he continued.
He praised the commitment and determination of the FDS and the VDP who continue to carry out excellent security work.
Mr. Lankoandé also informed the participants of the smooth running of the sports events of the school exams.
