Titenga Frederic Pacere
He is an expert in bendrology, the science of drum language. He is from the province of Oubritenga and was born in 1943. His knowledge of the language of the drum helped to preserve and transmit the traditional musical culture of Burkina Faso. He was proclaimed THV in Performing Arts.
Gorgo Leontine Teen
She was born around 1931 in Kando in the province of Namentenga. She distinguished herself in traditional music. She has worked all her life to preserve and promote the music of her region. She has been rewarded for her efforts with numerous awards and honors and has been proclaimed THV in Performing Arts
