The secretary general of the province Baowindsida Bingo, on behalf of the High Commissioner, proceeded on Thursday, April 20, 2023 to the official installation in Léo, of Towendé Dawèga as the new provincial director of National Solidarity and Sissili Humanitarian Action.
Appointed in the Council of Ministers at its meeting of March 24, 2023, the new provincial director of National Solidarity and Humanitarian Action of Sissili, Towendé Dawèga was officially installed this Thursday, April 20, 2023 in his functions by the Secretary General of the province of Sissili, Baowindsida Bingo.
The new provincial director of National Solidarity and Humanitarian Action of the sissili, Towendé Dawèga expressed his gratitude to the highest authorities of the country and particularly to those of his ministerial department for the confidence placed in him.
He also paid a strong tribute to his predecessor and wished that all these wishes of success accompany him in his new functions.
He said he counted on the support of the authorities, partners and especially the staff of the Provincial Directorate of National Solidarity and Humanitarian Action for the success of his mission.
He thus replaces in this post Jean Séverin Bakala, also appointed by the same Council of Ministers as head of the provincial directorate of National Solidarity and Humanitarian Action of Ziro.
The outgoing provincial director, Jean Séverin Bakala thanked all the constituted bodies and service collaborators for their invaluable support in the accomplishment of his mission.
He expressed these sincere thanks to all the staff of the management who facilitated his work for the achievement of the results achieved to the satisfaction of all.
He congratulated his successor on his appointment and wished him every success.
Finally, he asked the staff to effectively support the new director as they did with him for more results for the benefit of the users of the provincial directorate.
The secretary general of the province of Sissili, Baowindsida Bingo, on behalf of the High Commissioner translated these warm and heartfelt thanks to the outgoing provincial director, Jean Séverin Bakala for the excellent service rendered to the nation.
Finally, he wished him every success in these new functions.
He then addressed these congratulations to Towendé Dawèga for the renewed confidence of the highest authorities by placing him at the head of the provincial directorate of National Solidarity and Humanitarian Action of Sissili.

On behalf of his colleagues, he expressed all his recognition and gratitude to the outgoing director for the quality of the collaboration, his high sense of listening, innovation, sharing of experience and solidarity which he has always been able to embody.
According to him, this allowed all the agents to feel useful and to become more involved in achieving common objectives during his brief stay at the head of the management.
The staff representative then wished the new provincial director every success in his new role.
