Tunisia will never be involved in the politics of axes, in accordance with its unwavering constants and the provisions of the Constitution of July 25, 2022, said President of the Republic Kaïs Saïed.
In a statement granted to TAP, on the sidelines of his participation Friday in Jeddah in the work of the 32nd session of the Arab League Council, Saïed stressed that this summit is that of "the Arab reunification which has begun to materialise since the Algiers summit (November 2022)."
On this occasion, the Head of State welcomed Syria's return to the Arab League, stressing that this return comes after 12 years of "destruction" of this country.
President Saïed reaffirmed that the just cause of the Palestinian people remains indefeasible, denouncing the silence of States that present themselves as staunch defenders of human rights, in the face of the massacres committed against the Palestinians.
On the sidelines of his participation in the Jeddah Summit, the President of the Republic met on Friday with Arab leaders and heads of state.
