The Combatant Forces have multiplied in recent days, ground operations, crossing guns with terrorists through several localities in Burkina Faso.
In Ouargaye, in the Center-East region, a dozen terrorists were neutralized.
In the Eastern region, more specifically in Matiacoali and Foutouri, the FDS and the VDP took over the enemy, without forgetting Ouahigouya (towards Aorema) and Loroum.
According to security sources, during the fighting, several dozen terrorists were killed.
The combatant forces also seized motorcycles, weapons, radios and other logistical means belonging to the attackers.
Air-land operations are continuing in several other localities to enable Burkina Faso to recover its territorial integrity and restore peace.
The military authorities are asking the lost who have joined armed terrorist groups and who wish to save their lives to lay down their arms.
