Allons à Bobo Music Festival: Ella Nikiema and Rama N’Goni make the final show

The second edition of the Allons à Bobo Music Festival (FEMABO) closed its doors on Sunday night, in Bobo-Dioulasso with a final concert which featured two main tracks female music Ella Nikiema and Rama N'Goni.

The curtains fell on Sunday night on the second edition of the Allons à Bobo Music Festival (FEMABO), placed under the theme: "Music, a factor of resilience for a prosperous and inclusive Nation".

It was a great concert that closed this event at Place Gana So de Belle Ville with the performance of about twenty artists, including two great female voices who are, the cantor of Gospel, Ella Nikiema and the talented virtuoso Kora Rama N'Goni.

At the end of the second edition of FEMABO, the promoter Siaka Coulibaly affirmed that the festival highlighted the religious diversity of our country, especially the kinship side with jokes.

"The festival has made known many artists who were in the shadows," said the promoter of FEMABO, Siaka Coulibaly, who thanked the artists for the quality of their performances since the opening of the festival.

His joy is also reflected in the fact of having been able to invite Burkinabè from the Sahel region in a difficult security context in the country.

The promoter says he is happy because the festival for him was a real success.

He also paid tribute to the sponsor, Maître Yacouba Dembélé, for his availability and because he spared no effort to accompany the event.

Siaka Coulibaly said he was happy to have given a smile to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) by donating food to them in an atmosphere of communion.

The second edition of FEMABO took place over five days in Bobo-Dioulasso from Wednesday April 26 to Sunday April 30, 2023.

It was marked by performances by artists from various backgrounds every night at the Gana So space in Belle Ville with a mobilization of the populations.

The themes addressed in the songs focused on love, peace in Burkina Faso, unemployment and the evils that undermine our society.

The third edition of FEMABO is set for April 24-28, 2024.
