Right Cook – Serve Your Fish Cakes With Lemon

There is more excitement to fish dishes than you can possibly imagine. So, let’s get cooking some fish cakes!


250g fish fillet

250g potatoes

frac12 lemon of juice

Salt, pepper pinches.

1 egg

112 dry breadcrumbs

Oil for frying

Slices of lemon

Chopped parsley


Boil the fish fillet in salted water. Mash it. Boil the potatoes. Mix the fish with mashed potatoes, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Shape into cakes. Cover the cakes with the eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry in oil until cooked. Serve with lemon slices and parsley.
