Maize flour 500G
Baking flour 100g
112 teaspoon baking powder
1teaspoon lemon juice
Blend sugar and margarine until creamy and fluffy.
Add flour and baking powder sifted together, and fold into mixture.
Add the lemon rind juice and milk.
Bake in greased tin at 180c till ready.
