Rich Gang Made of Money Party on at Liquid Silk

South Africa based businessmen under the collective Rich Gang are throwing a lavish party at Liquid Silk in Bugolobi this evening.

The do has been dubbed the Made of Money Spenders’ Party and it is being hosted by socialite Ivan Semwanga and his friends who go by the monikers King Lawrence, and Ed Cheune.

“It is going to be an open bar affair all night. We just want to celebrate the festive season with fellow Ugandans,” Semwanga told a press conference at Liquid Silk yesterday.

Entrance to the party will be Shs35,000, but Semwanga says their intention is not to make money off the event as all proceeds will go towards charity. “The entrance fee is more of a gimmick for crowd control,” he said.

Semwanga has three children with estranged fiancée Zari Hassan who threw an All White Party at Guvnor last Thursday. He didn’t attend the event but he promises that this party will top Zari’s that had Guvnor close its doors to revellers because it had been filled to capacity.
