Politics breeds greed

Most politicians are extremely ambitious, calculating, opportunistic and selfish. They love power and, in the pursuit of power, they gravitate towards those with ultimate power.
In Uganda, thanks to the Constitution, the President has ultimate power, he calls the shots! Politicians will do anything to endear themselves to the person at the helm in the hope they too will be given power.
The changes in the NRM constitution leaves President Museveni where he has always wanted to be – answerable to no one. What will happen if he is incapacitated?
