A mishap in the packaging of exams left 29 candidates at St Theresa Girls primary school-Nandere in Luweero stranded for over an hour.
They had no question papers. The pupils, who were ready for their Social Studies exam on Monday, were worried that they would miss the paper. However, quick thinking by the school authorities led them to the district headquarters, where they were aised to pick up spare papers from eight examination centres.
Luweero Inspector of Schools Uthuman Jjuuko Kamoga said the exam eventually started 90 minutes later than in the rest of the district.
