Little Hands Go Green Launch Campaign

Little Hands Go Green flagged off a new environmental conservation campaign christened to Be the Green Difference Campaign targeting schools across the country.

Little Hands Go Green army planted 50 fruit trees at St Theresa Namagunga Primary School to kick of a yearlong campaign that will traverse the entire country going to different schools.

Joseph Masembe the CEO of Little Hands Go Green and the brain behind the initiative said World Vision and Africa Climate Change Resilience Alliance (ACCRA) are supporting them.

“Instead of just talking let’s act. Instead of liking what we as Little Hands Go Green are doing, be the green difference and go plant trees with kids. That’s the plan.” Masembe aocated

Little Hands Go Green has visited over 160 schools, aocating for Green change and planting more than 400 symbolic trees.

Similarly Little Hands Go Green and My Kid is a Superstar have organized a Green Christmas Party for the youngsters at Kololo Airstrip.

The fulfilled event will be held on December 14 as part of the ecological #BetheGreenDifference Campaign.

They have also organized a green festival in Mbarara, western Uganda, on 26th December in their effort to promote environment conservation across the country.

At the two event kids will enjoy fun activities like bouncing castles, swimming, bicycle race, dancing competition, horse rides, water slides, face painting and picture coloring.

The youngsters will each receive a free fruit tree seedling to take home and plant.
