It is regretted that in Tuesday’s paper a news item titled “Ugandans to get Pakistani Citizenship” was attributed to me Mr. Amir Mohyuddin Commercial Counsellor, Pakistan High Commission Nairobi. It is clarified that I was misquoted and he did not issue any statement on the subject. I visited Kampala from 12-14 November for promotion and marketing of 9th Edition of Expo Pakistan planned for 26th February to 1st March 2015 at Karachi. During the visit I also met President and members of Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry for further enhancing the business and trade relations between the two countries.
