AAR Plants Trees

Ugandans must plant more trees to ensure an environmentally-conscious generation, the manager of the African Air Rescue health centre in Ntinda has said. Dr Beatrice Namirembe says every Ugandan should target planting at least one tree this year. Namirembe spoke at Ntinda primary school last week, as company staff planted trees and de-wormed pupils to mark World Forestry day.

An AAR press statement said exercise was one of the events undertaken as the health care provider marks 30 years in East Africa. ARR has previously planted trees in other schools, including Kitante primary school and St Mary’s College, Lugazi.
